Repossi has opened its first boutique at Harrods in Knightsbridge, marking an expansion of the Place Vendôme jewellery maison’s presence within the London luxury market.
The new boutique features the brand’s core collections, including Antifer, Serti sur Vide, and Berbere.
To mark the opening, the house has released a limited-edition Berbere Chromatic Ring crafted in 18k yellow gold with green lacquer, a color palette chosen to reference the Harrods brand.
The Berbere collection, a signature of the maison, is influenced by the minimalist aesthetic of artist Donald Judd and is characterised by a sequence of stacked, slim gold bands.
Repossi’s design language focuses on architectural silhouettes and the use of negative space.
Under the creative direction of Gaia Repossi, the maison has shifted traditional jewellery codes toward graphic, sculptural forms.
Founded in Turin in 1957, the house moved to Place Vendôme in 1986. The brand’s history includes serving as the official jeweller to the Monégasque crown in the 1970s.
Anne de Vergeron, chief executive officer at Repossi, said: “Opening at Harrods is a milestone for Repossi. It places our Maison in a setting that celebrates creativity, craftsmanship, and luxury.”
