Mouawad has launched its new Quattro Vola collection, a range of pendants, earrings and rings showcasing diamonds in the shape of a butterfly.
Inspired by the “poetry of motion and the harmony of four wings in flight”, the family-owned luxury jewellery house said each piece is characterised by “refined, airy silhouettes that appear to float effortlessly on the skin, translating movement into elegant form”.
The brand added that the line’s precious metals “recedes with intention, allowing diamonds to take center stage and radiate freely”.
This launch comes a week after the company released its Illuminated Wonders chapter, based on its previous Sun on the Seven Wonders collection.
The range reimagines architectural landmarks at dusk, including the Taj Mahal suite in March’s birthstone Aquamarine, with each jewel crafted by the business’ artisans.
Mouawad, established in 1890, has its flagship boutique at London’s Peninsula Hotel.
Commenting on the launch of Quattro Vola, Mouawad’s co-guardians said: “With Quattro Vola, we wanted to capture the beauty of movement through absolute balance. Every detail, from the careful selection of diamonds to the final execution, reflects our commitment to craftsmanship, precision, and timeless design, creating pieces that transcend trends and endure across generations.”
On the Illuminated Wonders chapter, the brand added: “Drawing from the golden legacy of Sun on the Seven Wonders, where daylight illuminated the world’s ancient marvels, Illuminated Wonders continues this narrative through the ethereal beauty of twilight. As the sun descends and the first star, Celestial Nova, rises, the world’s wonders transform once again, glowing under a celestial light that unveils their enduring brilliance.”
